Evaluation of a student-developed web site is based on how well the web meets
requirements in each of the areas in the
Web
Site Standards. These areas are:
- Technical
- Graphics
- Navigation
- Appearance
- Writing Mechanics
- Intellectual Property
- Organization and Content
The web is scored on scale of 1 to 4 for each:
- 4: All requirements met.
- 3: Most requirements met and errors and deviations are minor.
- 2: Some requirements met or there are several obvious errors.
- 1: Few requirements are met or failed to address essential elements of the
assignment.
- 0: No attempt.
Each web may then receive a total of 28 points.
