This paragraph is going to tell you about what I predict if Copernicus lived in a different place or time. If Copernicus was to live in a different place or time and lived up to now, I would predict that the theory of the sun, not the earth is in the center of our solar system would not be invented because the bishop taught that knowledge to him. It would make a big difference if Copernicus was to live in a different place and/or time because of his family life and his fame would be no more because people might have forgot his theory, and Copernicus himself.
People today in the world use Copernicus’s theory to understand the universe. If the world hadn’t known about Copernicus’s findings, astronomy, understanding of space, navigation, and science, they would have been quite different from what they are now. For example, sending satellites, spaceships, and people in space would be hard if we thought that all planets evolved around the earth, we probably would go to Mars when we wanted to go to the moon! Basically, if Copernicus hadn’t shown the world his findings, astronomy, and space science, people would evolve around the fact that the earth rests in the middle of the universe. The world didn’t like what he found, but the findings of Nicolaus Copernicus will stay true, and the world does appreciate it.
